• Server logs: typically 90 days, extended if needed for security investigations.
• Marketing lists: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your details.

When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it using reasonable steps.

8. Security Safeguards (IPP 5)

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from loss, unauthorised access, misuse, or disclosure. Measures include HTTPS encryption, access controls, password-protected administration, and contractual security requirements for processors. No internet transmission is completely secure; please use a secure email account when contacting us.

9. Accuracy (IPP 8) and Correction (IPP 7)
